This indulgent Valobra Discovery Set contains all five perfumed soaps from this historic Italian soap producer. The interior of the box is printed with vintage Assoluta artwork. The process to make each soap mean s that each batch is matured for several months to achieve perfect consistency on both form and scent. Each soap is then hand packaged with care in Genoa, Italy. The set contains;

Pratolina - wild flowers
Primula – lavender and geranium
Assoluta – geranium, rose and patchouli
Reseda – containing wheatgerm and is fragranced with a light lavender scent
Lattuga – well suited to delicate skin, the soap is fragranced with lavender and white musk. Ideal for removing make up.

Tradition

For over a century, Valobra soaps have been made with the traditional method known as “caldaia a cielo aperto” (open top cauldron). In this long process, as old as it is romantic, every stage contributes to obtaining a soap renowned for its impeccable quality. After the traditional “cotta” (baking), the soap is aged at length before being enriched with creams and scents. It is then milled no less than four times to ensure maximum density and a uniform texture. Then the Valobra moulds give the soap bar a distinctive curvy shape to sit perfectly in your hands. For Valobra, time is synonymous with luxury and refinement, as it is a key factor in creating high quality soaps.
